Terms and Conditions: BCVC Founder Summit SMS Program

These terms cover the BCVC Founder Summit text message program, run by Bloccelerate VC Investment Services, LLC (“BCVC”).

Program. BCVC Founder Summit sends texts about Summit logistics and event updates for the November 6, 2026 Summit, such as check-in details, venue and arrival information, and schedule changes.

How you opt in. You can opt in by checking the optional SMS box on the Summit registration form at https://luma.com/FounderSummit2026, or by texting START to +1 650-752-8238. You don’t have to opt in to register for or attend the Summit.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one final message confirming you’ve opted out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email concierge@bcvcsummit.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We never sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing. Read our SMS Privacy Policy at https://www.bcvcsummit.com/privacy.

How to opt in to Summit texts (opt-in example)

Near the end of the public registration form at https://luma.com/FounderSummit2026, registrants see an optional field labeled “Mobile number (optional, for event-day texts)”. Below it is a separate optional checkbox, unchecked by default, that reads:
