Spencer Spinnell is Senior Vice President at Circle, where he leads Global Payments and Enterprise Partnerships and oversees the Circle Payments, the infrastructure connecting businesses to stablecoin payments and treasury solutions. His work centers on bridging traditional payments infrastructure with stablecoins, helping enterprises and financial institutions innovate and capture the benefits of faster, lower-cost, and more efficient global money movement. Before joining Circle, Spencer spent 19 years at Google, where he served as Managing Director for Google's Payments business.
